Updated Protocol for Visiting Corridor Family Eyecare
- Are you feeling ill, running a fever, or have serious respiratory symptoms? Please call to reschedule if your answer is “yes” to any of these questions
- The door will remain locked during business operation. Please call our office upon arrival for entrance. Our phone number: (319)365-2946
- All patients/guardians are required to wear a mask during the entire duration of their visit in the office. No exceptions will be made. If one is not worn in, a disposable mask will be provided by our office
- Hand sanitizer will be required and provided on entry and exit of the office for all patients and guests
- Paperwork will need to be completed ahead of time or completed in vehicle prior to entry. No congregating will be permitted in the waiting area. Paperwork can be found on our website at corridorfamilyeyecare.com
- Only 1 additional family member will be permitted with a minor patient (under 18 years of age) during the visit. No other family/friends will be permitted. All adult patients must enter alone for their visit
- Please let us know upfront if you will be interested looking at/purchasing glasses or contact lenses
Expectations Patients Can Have of Our Staff
- Kingus and Staff will wear a mask at all times while in patient care areas
- Staff’s hands will be washed or sanitized before and after every patient-to-staff interaction
- All surfaces and equipment will be disinfected with cleaning agents and/or UV sanitizing wand before and after every patient encounter
- Any frames touched by patients and staff will be disinfected immediately after the end of each patient’s visit
- All incoming/outgoing products will be sanitized prior to being dispensed to the patient
